The Yanks Air Museum Foundation is a non-profit educational foundation formed as a public charity under section -509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Guided by a Board of Directors, The Yanks Air Museum Foundation is exclusively dedicated to the future of the Yanks Air Museum. This goal will be achieved by raising financial support to establish a stable economic basis for the museum and education program. This will ensure the active roll of the Yanks Air Museum and education program in the lives of generations to come.

The Yanks Air Museum Foundation is targeting the sum of thirty-five million dollars ($35,000,000) to fund the building of the Greenfield Facility as well as additional funds to support the expansion of the infrastructure of the existing Chino location. The funds raised by The Yanks Air Museum Foundation are not intended to fund day-to-day operations of the Museum as that income will come from recurring rents and lease payments as well as proceeds from ticket sales.
